Marcia- Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Marcia, and I have worked for Bircher Family Dental Care since 2008. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Allied College with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Assisting and Lewis and Clark College with an Associates in Dental Hygiene. I enjoy meeting new people and educating them, so they can achieve optimum oral health. If there is anything I can do to make your experience with us more relaxing, please let me know!
Dana - Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Dana and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from the University of Alaska, Anchorage with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene in 2010 and a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2011. My favorite part of my job is forming relationships with my patients. Every person and mouth is unique and I enjoy the challenge of helping them master their oral hygiene. My hobbies include hiking, biking, camping ,fishing, crafting and playing the violin.
Kelsey - Registered Dental Hygienist
My name is Kelsey and I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Missouri college in 2009 with an Associates of Applied Science in Dental Assisting and in 2012 with an Associates in Dental Hygiene. I have worked in the dental field for nearly 10 years. I love getting to know my patients and educating them to improve their oral health. I strive to make everyone's dental visit as comfortable as possible.
Jen- Lead Assistant
My name is Jen, I am the Lead Assistant and I have worked for Bircher Family Dental Care since June of 2009. I received my Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting from Allied College. I spend a great deal of my time at the chairside assisting the doctors but I also have an understanding about all the front office duties. I have completed expanded function training for polishing and sealant placement. I work with most of our cosmetic patients who are interested in whitening their teeth. I understand and promote the importance of a healthy smile as a link to great overall health
Jess - Dental Assistant
My name is Jess, I have worked as a dental assistant for Bircher Family Dental Care since 2010. I completed my assistant training at Advanced Dental Careers as well as expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement. I really enjoy working with patients, especially our young patients, to improve their oral hygiene. Please ask me if you have any questions about tooth care.
Courtney - Dental Assistant
My name is Courtney. I have worked as a dental assistant for Bircher Family dental care since March of 2015. I completed my assistant training at Advanced Dental Careers. I love meeting our patients and putting them at ease. I also have the important job of making sure the treatment rooms and instruments are sterilized properly.
Nikki - Insurance Coordinator
My name is Nikki. I am the insurance coordinator for Bircher Family Dental Care. I attended Lindenwood University. It is my job to verify insurance benefits for our patients and help them get the most out of the insurance coverage they have. Nicole - Front Office Manager
My name is Nicole and I am the Front Office Manager for Bircher Family Dental Care. I received my dental assisting certification from Advanced Dental Careers in 2000 and expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement in 2006. During my 17 years of experience, I have gained optimal knowledge in every corner of the dental office and developed a strong passion for dentistry. I may be seen assisting with procedures in the back or helping you with appointments, insurance estimates, co-payments, and financing up front. My favorite part about my job is educating patients on their treatment and developing trust and relationships with the patients. I love to make conversation, make people laugh, and help ease your anxiety! I hope to make your experience at our office as informative and inviting as possible!
