My name is Michelle and I am the Office Manager for Bircher Family Dental Care. I have worked here since 2004.  I have attended several continuing education courses in practice management.  My specialties include: treatment plan coordinating, appointment scheduling and account management.  I also am an expert in insurance verification and billing.  I would be happy to assist you with any questions concerning your treatment or insurance benefits.  My goal is to make the business aspect of dentistry a pleasant one!!

Jen

My name is Jen, and I have been assisting in dentistry for four years.  I have worked for Bircher Family Dental Care since 2007.  I have also completed expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement.  Most of the time you can find me assisting the doctors in procedures, but I also have the important job of making sure the treatment rooms and instruments are sterilized properly.  My goal is to help patients achieve a happy and healthy smile!

My name is Marcia, and I have worked for Bircher Family Dental Care since 2008.  I graduated from Allied College with an Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting. I am a Certified Dental Assistant. If I am not in the back assisting the doctors during procedures,you can probably find me helping Michelle in the front office.  If there is anything I can do to make your experience with us more relaxing, please let me know!

Jenn

My name is Jenn, I have worked for Bircher Family Dental Care since June of 2009. I am a Certified Dental Assistant and recieved my Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Assisting from Allied College. I usually am assisting the doctors in dental procedures, but I am often busy working in our in-office lab.  I specialize in pouring models, organizing lab cases and fabricating bleach trays.  I understand and promote the importance of a healthy smile!

Stephanie

My name is Stephanie,and I have been a dental assistant for two years.  I have worked at Bircher Family Dental Care since July of 2009.  I obtained by dental assisting certificate from Advanced Dental Careers in 2007.  I also have completed expanded function training in coronal polishing and sealant placement.  You can find me assisting the doctors in dental procedures.  I specialize in dental x-rays, flouride treatments, and patient home care education. My goal is to make every patient as comfortable as possible!
